Accuracy of Information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. Providing false information — particularly regarding age — is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

• Your Onexbet account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person under any circumstances.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• Onexbet may at any time request identity verification documents (CNIC copy, proof of address, proof of payment method) to confirm your identity. Failure to provide these within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for most players, though high-value deposits may require additional verification.
• Onexbet does not charge any fees on deposits. Standard transaction fees applied by your mobile wallet provider or bank are outside Onexbet's control.

• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 15 minutes of the request being submitted, subject to routine verification checks.
• IBFT bank transfers are typically processed within 2–4 hours, subject to your bank's receiving processing times.
• Visa/Mastercard withdrawals typically take 1–3 business days from processing.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods from which a prior deposit has been made, or to methods registered in your verified name. This is a standard anti-money laundering control.
• Onexbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first withdrawals or unusually large amounts.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real money through the applicable wagering requirements detailed in Section 7.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. • Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements that have not been completed by the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the original bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: Any attempt to abuse Onexbet's bonus system — including using multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage), or otherwise exploiting promotions in bad faith — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the Onexbet platform across all sports, including cricket, PSL, football, and esports.

• Bet Confirmation is Final: Once you have reviewed your bet slip and confirmed your bet on Onexbet, the bet is final. No cancellations, modifications, or reversals are permitted after confirmation, regardless of the reason, unless Onexbet specifically offers a Cash Out facility for that market.
• Erroneous Odds: Onexbet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds which were published in error — due to a technical fault, a data feed error, or a human mistake — and which do not represent the intended market price. Where possible, Onexbet will void only the affected selections rather than an entire accumulator.
• Match Postponement: If a sports event is postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's Onexbet account.
• Abandoned Events: For cricket matches abandoned without a result, bets are voided unless a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result is officially declared, in which case the DLS result stands for settlement purposes.
• Maximum Payout: Onexbet applies a maximum single-bet payout of Rs 50,00,000 (fifty lakh) and a maximum accumulator payout of Rs 1,00,00,000 (one crore) per player per day across all sports combined.
• Settlement: All bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant sporting authority. Onexbet does not accept responsibility for results declared in error by official sources and subsequently corrected — settlements will be updated to reflect official corrections where they occur within a reasonable timeframe.

Onexbet offers live in-play betting on cricket, football, PSL, and other sports. The following additional rules apply specifically to live betting markets.

• Live odds are updated in real time based on the current match state. Onexbet accepts no responsibility for bets placed on odds that were in the process of updating at the time of placement.
• Certain live markets are suspended immediately before key events (e.g., a delivery in cricket, a penalty kick in football) to ensure fairness. Attempts to circumvent these suspensions constitute a violation of these Terms.
• The Cash Out feature, where available, allows you to settle an open bet before the event concludes. The Cash Out value is determined solely by Onexbet based on current odds and is final once accepted. Onexbet may withdraw the Cash Out feature from specific markets at any time without notice.
• Live bets on cricket matches are settled based on the official ball-by-ball data as received by Onexbet's data provider. In the event of a discrepancy between the live score display and the official data feed, the official data feed takes precedence for settlement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Onexbet platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Multiple Accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one Onexbet account.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false identity information or using another person's identity or payment methods.
